Nice hotel with a comfortable bed!

We loved our stay, check in was fast and easy, but was never given any kind of a receipt. The hotel is in a perfect location and had ample parking. The room was ok, the bed was wonderfully comfortable as well as the bedding. And the black out curtains worked great. The air conditioning worked very well. I opened a drawer to put some things in it but changed my mind when I saw how dirty it was. We really liked the on sight restaurant, however when I got home I looked at my Visa account and found out we were charged twice for our dinner that Friday night. I have tried and tried calling but cannot reach anyone to help fix this problem.

The ac was super noisy sounded like a jet engine no mirrors outside of bathroom close to an outlet making it hard for multiple people get ready at one time, on site restaurant very expensive for the quality of food. The remote for the tv did not work

Everything was good aside from the hottub not being even remotely warm/hot and the pool area was dangerous. Very slippery with no type of grip/slip protection. My friend slipped and got a concussion.

The Radisson Harborview is unique and has a lot of potential. The rooms suffer from wear and tear, and our room in particular had a ceiling that was crumbling in spots. The building sorely needs a remodel other than the lobby. Overall an ok stay and convenient location.
