Don't stay when they are busy!

Room was late getting ready and never called to tell me when it was ready. I went to the room 4 hours after check in and the bed was unmade, bathroom had hair all over, food left in fridge. Front desk gave good service and made the bed at least. Said they were busy and short staffed and because I booked through hotel.com they couldn't offer me anything to make up for the countless issues I encountered.

We were not able to check in until 2 hours after check in because our room was not ready. I stunk so bad. One elevator had dog pee on the carpet. Room service for more towels and toilet paper took forever.

I’ve been staying at the suites for years, and while the convenience and wonderful staff have remained the same, the recent renovations have really stripped a lot of the charm and character out of the hotel. It is a unique space and the rooms used to celebrate that with art highlighting the history of the area. Now the rooms have been given a generic coat of paint and the history has been swapped out for uninspired wall art that looks like it was found at a home goods store.

Layout of room was dumb. Breakfast hot food nasty. Location great. Pool and hot tub were both fine. No perks for Expedia customers. Dial brand bath products. Half a roll of toilet paper. Coffee was really good. Price and location make this place okay.

Dirty towels left behind the bathroom door. If you are using any sleep aide machine power outlets are very poorly positioned. Parking is pretty nonexistent except for a small lot across the street. In short save your money and stay somewhere else.
