Room was freezing cold. Heating did not work. Spoke with a member of staff who advised that heating was in the process of being repaired and provided us with a tiny radiator that was not adequate for purpose. No option to move us to another room as all rooms were the same. Would've been better sleeping in the corridors as they were better heated!

No in room service and completely ignored when I stood at the restaurant Dias waiting for a table. The waiter looked straight at me several times but never approached me. I gave up after ten minutes and tried using the room phone to contact the restaurant but it was permanently engaged. Same for the room service number. Ended up having to go to a local service station for a sandwich. This hotel promised a lot but delivered nothing.
