The pool was broken down. They should have advised that it wasn't working. The man cleaning the breakfast area was extremely rude and yelled at us when I asked if I could get a coffee. The ladies at the front desk were pleasant

When I first pulled up to the hotel I thought I had made a mistake. It does not have curb appeal and I wasn't even sure it was open. I was pleasantly surprised when I walked into the lobby and saw how well lit and nice it looked. The gentleman behind the desk was very friendly. My room was comfortable and the breakfast was satisfactory. I would stay there again.

The website claimed they had a pool and a on site sports bar when booking the room. The Pool was closed on arrival. The on property sports bar was closed permanently prior to booking our trip. The room was small. It was very hard to navigate 2 adults and 2 kids in such a small space.
