Had paid for late check out but was disturbed by maintenance not long after the usual checkout time and seemed to have no record or checked that I’d paid for late checkout at 2pm which was really disappointing. It felt like I just had to pack and couldn’t relax as on edge waiting to be disturbed again as could hear the team outside. It felt like the team were just waiting for me to leave. Hairs found in shower on arrival. Marks on carpet I was in room 229 in Dundee apex.

Thanks for a super overnight stay!

Enjoyed our stay. Staff very friendly and helpful. Lovely room (a bit warm but Scotland has been warmer than usual this year!). Great leisure facilities-enjoyed relaxing in the pool, sauna, jacuzzi etc. Breakfast delicious and plenty choices.

We had a beautiful room looking out over the water. The room was amazing a beautiful message and duck left as a gift.Big bathroom. Swimming pool , steam room, sauna & hot tub all am. We had Dinner there and breakfast next day the service was awesome and food was amazing

The spa was fantastic as was the staff member that carried my treatment’s. The gym was very good . Our room was really nice and comfortable with a fab view across the water Hotel nice and central for shops bars and restaurants. Small niggle items some areas need a little upgrade It would have nicer to see staff in a uniform for 4star hotel The breakfast was very good apart from the avocado which was sloppy and didn’t taste very nice. Overall we had a fab stay the staff were really friendly and helpful and we look forward to staying with you again .
