Really the perfect motel. Room is in very good and new condition. Great bedroom and bathroom design. Very simple but thoughtful amenities. Had absolutely everything we needed. Will always stay here when visiting Dunedin. The owners obviously really care about the property and their customers. One of the best places I’ve ever stayed, period.

Very welcoming staff. Really clean property. Good range of amenties e.g kitchinette content was good quality and TV with Sky. Beds very comfortable. Great location. Sat nav gets confused regarding location - just put in address not motel name. Clean towels every day.

538 Great Kings was a great stay. The location is excellent. The check in was quick and very friendly. Our room was clean and well furnished. WiFi was fast. Overall one of the nicest places we stayed on our visit to New Zealand.
