We had a wonderful stay, thank you. We loved the location as we could easily walk or drive where we needed to be. Very comfortable stay with all the necessities required. I left my pillow there and the staff were incredibly helpful. Thank you ever so much, we will definitely be back.

I have had the most amazing stay, Aria on Bank was warm, clean, the staff were friendly and accommodating. I stayed here solo and felt extremely safe the entire time. I am very sad to be leaving, I will definitely be back.

The property served us well for what we needed. Was close to mercy hospital for our son’s surgery, and supermarket and gardens down the road a short walk away. Extra blankets could be handy for on couch in cooler months but was warm otherwise. Parking suitable for smaller cars.

The views and dining options were great. It was well kept and George street has many shopping and dining options. I highly recommend buster greens! There are also plenty of beautiful paths and tracks to take.

Our 2 bedroom unit was very damp smelling. The windows are not double glazed so they do run when you wake up in the morning. I opened up all the windows each day but couldn’t get rid of the smell. Bathroom vinyl needs replacing.

This property was exactly as the photos showed on the website. Very clean and in a handy location. The staff were extremely helpful. Great communication and they did exactly as they said they would. The beds were not overly comfortable, quite hard. This however is really depends on what kind of bed you prefer to sleep on. Overall totally impressed and great value for money.

Good quality motel at the Northern end of Dunedin CBD. Short walk to Botanical Gardens, good restaurants and picturesque buildings such as Otago University Clocktower and Dunedin Railway Station. Parking a bit tight, particularly as hotel on quite a slope (Called Bank for a reason!). Room comfortable and mezzanine floor a good use of space.

Good value a very spacious unit with separate bedroom and comfortable bed. Nice decor and had everything we needed. Husband loved both sky movies and sport on the TV. A few choices for eating within walking distance. Off the main road and easy to find. Parking available but a little tight for bigger vehicles. Would stay again
