Well laid out inside and out. Good location. Good value for money. Handy having the dairy takeaway place a short walk away. Handy to great beaches and a great mini putt! Quiet!

The unit was slightly smaller than we were expecting. But the owners were very considerate and the staff were wonderful in attending to all our needs. The heating was also great given how cold Dunedin was at the time of our stay.
