Friendly staff and our room suied our needs perfectly. Don’t be put off by student noise. It soon quietens down, and leads to very quiet mornings! My new fav place to stay in Dunedin!

Lovely friendly & accommodating staff, cleanliness of unit and price make this motel great value in my opinion. keep in mind it's an older property , we found parking was tight as they were full. Also Dog show in Dunedin that weekend there were many dogs staying, we had no disturbance during the night. Location is in the student area on a busy one way, did not bother us

Great location for our journey with giod access to some local places to eat or takeaways. Breakfast available although we didn't have this. Room was small but had all you needed. Liked the touch of a small bottle of fresh milk rather than individual cartons

The staff were very warm, friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable, with a great room heater, and the bed was awesome. You could tell that they cared about their customers. The only thing that I would say, and this didn’t really bother me, but may bother some people, is that the fixtures and fittings could do with some maintenance, and refurbishment.
