When checking in I was told all the on site parking was full, the listing on here doesn’t say anything about parking being limited so my options were to park on the side of the road and hope the car didn’t get broken in to while lugging my luggage up a steep hill. The room I booked and paid for was meant to have 2 teen beds the room I was given was directly behind the lifts with one bed in-it felt like being put in the room no one else would want-also you need to consider soundproofing the wall-you could clearly hear phone conversations as well as snoring from other rooms. All in all pretty horrible and I will never come back

Hospitality was way under par.

There was plenty of hotel parking that was available all night, however, receptionist said it was full and would have to park offsite. I later asked for an umbrella for my wife and I as it was going to rain. Receptionist said there was only one umbrella but did not offer it. She said it was not going to rain. It rained a lot 30 minutes after going outside for dinner. We got wet.

Our bathroom flooded, there’s water leaks in the room. The mattress was stained, including a blood stain. There was no parking and the hotel smelled awfully of cigarettes

bug infestation in carpet

The room had some sort of bug infestation in the carpet, we received bug bites on our feet and ankles. The girl at the front desk did offer to spray it with fly spray but as the smell would have been through the room we declined. We were offered another room but as my elderly mother in-law was already settled for the night we declined. we came home with many bug bites on our feet and ankles.

Property is well situated but needs refurbishment. Stained carpet; the sound of your neighbour peeing above you head and then the flushing toilet reverberating about the rooms above and below. On the other side staff are the best asset to the facility. Go above and beyond.

Generally I would say "Just two star."

The good location, breakfast, and comfortable bed were nice. However, the night receptionist was not friendly at all, and even guests had to reserve and pay for parking. Since the building is old and outdated, I don't think I would come back.
