Clean and good service.

Hotel is clean and provides great service. It also has a restaurant and is surrounded by other food outlets. Location is close to city centre. The bed was not so good with two in it though.

I’m not one to leave reviewed, especially such low reviews but we were incredibly disappointed. Upon entering our room, we were incredibly disappointed with the overall state of it. It smelled incredibly dusty, musty and as if the window you can have open, had not been touched for a long time. The room did not appear how it looked on the photos (definitely more aged) and unfortunately the mattress was old and definitely well used (springs broken, and other sleepers lying pattern as if it’s a memory foam). We decided to have dinner in one night and noticed we only had tea spoons to use (we made it work) however they appeared used and not even replaced or cleaned. We tried to look past all of this as we were new to the area and had traveled from Australia however, we couldn’t wait to check out.

All the staff were amazing nothing was an effort. Only negatives was our bed was uncomfortable and the cleaning staff did a terrible job cleaning our room daily. Otherwise I loved everything about the hotel and would definitely stay there again.
