Two night stay with friends. Great location, staff were nice. In particular Dave, the night shift guy, we was very nice. Really polite and capable. My room was on the second floor, so lots of stairs to carry stuff up and down.
Really friendly staff, excellent breakfast. The hotel is easy to reach and the parking (in the hotel or in the car park behind which is not expensive) is very convenient. The rooms are a good size although having single beds seems quite old-fashioned now. Very good quality towels and bedding though.
This is the second time I have stayed and would definitely go back.
All of the staff were very friendly and helpful 🙂, they made us feel very welcome and that they were there to make sure we had everything that we needed.
Friendliest, happiest staff we have had the pleasure of dealing with.. We are glad to be able to recommend them as a place to stay.
They are walking distance to shops and a fabulous park..
I would rate my room as 3 Star as it was a little cramped as an attic room for one. The bed was comfortable and shower clean and powerful. Served it's purpose well for 2 nights. Was great value for money and very pleasant downstairs in a formerly fine grand building with big stained glass windows still above the stairway. An excellent breakfast included in price. Friendly staff. I would stay there again.
I would definitely book here again, great price & location plus breakfast included. The staff were friendly & helpful, rooms were clean and comfy!! Nice touch with suppling fans if needed.
Our visit was just a one night stay as we were attending a concert in the town. The Hotel location was perfect for us and the hotel was absolutely clean, comfortable and sufficient for all our needs.
A great central location with excellent staff food and drink. Bedroom a bit worn. Not within the hotels control but a seagull issue, they squawking all night so no sleep from my room in the roof
Great staff, room was affordable abd quality for money. Breakfast was fantastic and I would definitely stay here again.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, room comfort
I was in a single room and it didn't cost much. It was fairly basic but had everything I needed and I was happy enough. What I really loved was the breakfast. It was top notch. I was travelling for business but am now thinking of returning to the area for a short break and another brilliant breakfast. I had a bit of spare time and took a walk in the lovely park just near the hotel, it was huge and very well maintained. I plan to return there with the kids. I had been worried about parking at the hotel as they only have a few spaces but there is a large car park just behind the hotel which was free after a certain time and seemed fairly reasonably priced for such a central location.
Staff were lovely breakfast was good but my only complaint would be that only one choice of yoghurt which was strawberry, maybe there could be some natural yoghurt also.
Unfortunately when I was going to put my clothes into the drawer there was a half eaten sandwich in drawer. I advised the staff on reception.
Easy to find and plenty of parking.
Staff were all very friendly and very helpful.
Rooms were great. Full Scottish breakfast was delicious.
There was some renovation work going on, but only within social hours. Excuse for my teenager to get up 😉
The warning about karoake on Saturday night is entirely true. As long as you don't plan to sleep before midnight on Saturday (I didn't), it works.
All facilities perfectly acceptable. Location for the centre of Dunfermline is ideal.
