This property was a little difficult to find due to the time of day we arrived. Sun right in our eyes! Also, our room smelled of cigarette smoke. Staff were very helpful and gracious.

Very rundown and while both rooms had a foul odor, we had to change one of them because the smell was so bad (combination of body odor and stale smoke). That said, they did make the change quickly and with no issue. The beds were rock hard and nothing seemed entirely clean, but it could be that everything is just old and rundown.

Checkin went great and was easy. Gentleman answered all my questions. Complimentary cookies and drinks in lobby was nice. I will never understand why hotels are built on top of an interstate. How do they expect the people on the back side to sleep?! I asked for front side but it was full. Other than that my dog and I had a good stay.

Liked the Argan oil shower products, and the staff was amazingly nice. Cleanliness was adequate. Mattress was lumpy, had to sleep on far side because lamp side was awful. For $300 per night I expected a much more luxurious experience.

Very nice little hotel. Ckean, nice hot tub and pool, comfortable beds, room was clean and nicely appointed, nice breakfast. Only recommendation is to have better signage. It was hidden from view and not easy to find.

This is a nice hotel for the price. The beds were comfortable. We stayed for one night as we were passing through the area on our way to the East Coast. It was perfect for our needs. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Definately not a 2.5 star
Staff was friendly. We liked the all day free coffee, fruit and cookies. Unfortunately that was all we found good. There is no elevator the stairs were a bit steep. The cable kept going out and the bed was springy and killed my back. The bathroom had splotches on the wall and the toilet seemed as if it was flushing all the way to the lake with how long it took for the water to go down. Needles to day i was not impressed with what was suppose to be a 2.5 star hotel. Not to mention the price was very steep for the lack of quality.

Ridiculously expensive for a hotel like this. Had i paid under $200, i would not complain much. But for $275, this place is a dump. The pool is tiny, dirty and immediately visible through a giant window in the lobby/ front desk area. No fitness center. The continental breakfast was typical low end chow.
