the room was smelly, the bed lumpy, the floor uneven under the carpet. I booked for two nights through expedia but left after one night and moved to the excellent Clarion Inn. I lost one night's rate which I'm not happy about.

The property needs updating. The carpet is worn and looks dirty. The door was not real tight to close. Although the bathtub was clean, it was stained. It is sad that this is one of the better hotels in the area.

The front end help was amazing here. But unfortunately that was the only pro… Right away we realized there are no elevators, not a huge deal but was awful.. the room was clean but there was splatter of brown stuff on a few walls… and the bed wasn’t comfortable. Also at 11 at night our room fire alarm started going off due to needing a battery..

When I arrived late at night , the check-in clerk was nowhere to be found for 10 minutes. The bed squeaked, the desk chair is too low for the desk, the walls are paper-thin and one can hear ever conversation outside the room. The breakfast had hardly anything that wasn’t wrapped in plastic

I accidentally booked the wrong date. I used Expedia. I was able to book the night I needed and when I canceled the wrong date quality inn would not refund that amount even though I stayed at their property. That is just bad business
