The check in was with a code that they send. I was not aware but i called and they were very friendly and quick to send it so I could get in. I was there one night, clean and comfortable. The shower did flood the bathroom and there was no TV but wasn’t needed for myself. I would stay here again. Good price for a short stay.

Se intentaron meter unas personas armadas al hotel, el gerente para ese entonces estaba en Guadalajara tampoco habia ningun personal del lugar. Solo huespedes. Yo tuve que hablar a la policía para que atendieran el problema. La cámara de seguridad que vigila la entrada no sirve de nada ya que el gerente necesita estar en la oficina para tener acceso a ellas y eso quien sabe si realmente graben, ya que los oficiales le solicitaron el.video.para actuar sobre las personas armadas que quisieron entrar al.lugar. ninguno de los huespedes nos sentimos seguros despues de lo.que paso, ademas de que el.propio policia y un repartidor de uber conocen esa zona por insegura les recomiendo nunca quedarse en ese lugar por mas barato que sea. Creanme que una vez experimentan lo que nosotros experimentamos desearan haber hecho caso de no haberse parado ahi.

Esta bien la habitación, estaría bien que considerarán poner una tv y minisplit, o al menos un abanico de techo, el que nos tocó tenía un ventilador el cuál era más ruido que aire. Fuera de ello todo muy bien.

En la reservación indique que el pago lo aria en efectivo en el lugar, y no había nadie tampoco no contestaban el teléfono, sería bueno que especificarán que solo se recibe pago con tarjeta

no me respetaron mi reserva, llegue al dpto. y estaba ocupado por otra persona. la sacaron de ahí para darme esa habitación sucia por esa persona, tardaron mucho tiempo para entregarla obviamente en lo que el sacaba sus cosas
