We recently stayed at the Adventure Inn in Durango, Colorado, and it exceeded our expectations. The rooms were spotlessly clean and included thoughtful touches throughout. What really stood out was the incredible staff. Every person we interacted with was genuinely friendly and went above and beyond to make sure guests felt welcome and comfortable. It felt more like staying with friends than at a hotel. The relaxing atmosphere was the icing on the cake. We loved unwinding on the patio area, which made it perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or a quiet evening after exploring Durango. If you're looking for a clean, affordable, and welcoming place to stay with a personal touch, Adventure Inn is it. We’ll definitely be back on our next trip to Durango!

Service from the staff was great. They recently bought the property in January and are currently working on renovating it. Beds were uncomfortable. Bathroom counter and sink was close enough to the toilet to be a desk. Air conditioners are window units in the wall. Ours was a little dated and wouldn’t stay on constantly, it was either a fan or an air conditioner that would pop on and off all night based on temperature. Wished we could’ve left it on as the walls were a little too thin and it would’ve been nice to be able to cover up everyone else’s noises. Parking lot was a nightmare. You had to be back before 7:30 every night otherwise you risk not being able to find a parking spot and having to park on the street behind the hotel. I think this will get better after they finish the remodel because 2 of the spaces are taken up by a trailer and remodel supplies. It was a decent stay but I probably wouldn’t be back in all honesty. I’d spend the extra money and get a better hotel if you are going to be in Durango for more than a night.

Hotel was old fashion. Window A/C unit did not work room was hot when we arrived. Bedding was a box spring mattress. When we layed down you could feel the springs in your back. Not comfortable. We did not stayed we checked out. As of now we have not received checkout receipt as we asked lady who checked us in. She made sure she told us no refund!

I went to Adventures after a bad experience at another Durango hotel. It was peaceful, the rooms were clean and comfortable. The hot tub was really relaxing too. Staff was friendly and great to work with.

Ok. Just not the most welcoming feel.

Room is clean and seemed recently renovated. However, it could use more homey decor and better lighting. It seemed very unwelcoming. There is a big gap under the door that leads directly outside. The bathroom fan is old and loud and needs to be replaced. They do not offer breakfast. We were looking forward to using the laundry facility, but for some reason they closed it before dark. We should have spent a bit more and gotten a better hotel.

Newly remodeled and a great deal!

The Hotel is in a great spot, near several restaurants, coffee, super market, etc. Also, rooms appear to be newly renovated. For the price, this is a great spot! The ONLY issue that I had was with a full size truck in the parking lot. There are a few spots on the street so not a huge deal. Will be making this my "go to" as I travel to Durango for business on a regular basis.
