The staff checked us into our room. Which took a very long time due to them "being busy and not able to log in ". After entering our room, we noticed they gave us two queens instead of the king room we paid for. When we talked with the front desk. They verbalized that they failed to notify us of the change in the system due to over booking and construction. They then apologized and looked for a king room. This process took about 45 minutes start to finish and made us late to our reservation. Very unprofessional and they didn't seem to be worried about wasting our time.

Really nice place. Managers special every evening- two free drinks per person from 5:30 to 7:30, free coffee bar all day, huge breakfast spread. Room was super nice, pool area was clean and even though we were on the ground floor right next to the pool it was very quiet. Would definitely stay here again.

Our air conditioner was not working well. 10 minutes after we called for help, Daniel, Jesus and Matt had replaced the AC with a new one. They were awesome. Abby at check-in was great and then our bartender later at the managers happy hour. Great staff!
