The room was relatively clean; however the toilet could have benefited from a more careful cleaning. The bed was comfortable with fluffy pillows. The breakfast was tasty and hot and the breakfast staff was delightful. The front desk was helpful in checking in but was unable to recommend local places where we could go have a cocktail and a snack.

Staff friendly, especially Stephanie, warm and inviting at the front desk. This is a very dog friendly hotel, several options to walk the dog pn grass, either side of the hotel; nice location. But read on... This hotel needs deep cleaning, we stayed in a 'dog room' and it was not very clean, specifically the carpet and the bathroom floor, it was gross. The ceiling above the bed had brown splatter marks, unidentified substance. The breakfast food is acceptable, a variety of items to choose from. But... its also very dirty, the walls need cleaning, splatter marks, chipped paint, dent marks, dirty floors, carpet, and tables. There are old crumbs left on the food counters, its not clean by any means, and to top it off, the food attendant did not wear gloves. Ewww

Very nice and efficient staff, clean and quiet room and grounds. I traveled with my dog for the first time. It went well. They gave me a room on the ground floor by the back door for easy access to walk my dog.
