Second story room, only stair access. Had to lug our luggage upstairs. The breakfast was limited to a waffle, cold cereal and packaged muffins. The floor in the room felt like you were going to fall through it

The room was 63° when we got here and they said it was 70 outside asked if we could send the air conditioning off and they said no it’s on 24 hours a day in September they will start the heating back up. They gave us a heater for the room to use.

There was mold around the shower line , room was hot had to ask for it to be fixed , shower got clogged while showering, room smelled when we arrived, reserved a queen been and received a full size bed . The linen had a dirty smell . Outlets in the bathroom didn’t work and told front and they told us to reset it and still didn’t work . Ice machine was dishusting and rusted . Overall will never rent this room again or refer someone to stay there . Also the the housekeeper parked by our vehicle that we couldn’t even get in .

Nice and affordable. Had an issue with reception, as they don’t accept digital ID. Room was comfortable, but the A/C was disgusting. Set room at 68F and woke up in middle of night with room temp being 85F. Not a good night’s sleep. Continental Breakfast was good, and staff were friendly and co operative.

Our stay at the Econo Lodge in Durango, CO, was fantastic! The room was comfortable and clean, with beds that were especially cozy—perfect for a great night’s sleep. One thing that stood out was how considerate housekeeping was; they didn’t knock early in the morning like at other places we’ve stayed, which made our mornings even more relaxing. The complimentary breakfast was another nice perk, especially the option to make your own waffles! It added a nice touch to start the day. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. On top of that, the rates were very reasonable for the quality and service we received. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Durango!

We were there for the IHBC/Veteran Train and found the property to be excellent. the Staff was friendly and extremely efficient. The price was right for the weekend. It was a great memorial day experience for the area.

It was noisy. The ice machine was next to us and started grinding out ice at 5 am. It woke me up and startled me - didn't know what was going on. Luckily the people next door to us were quiet because every time he cleared his throat it felt like he was in the room with me. The black out curtains did not block out the light. And I stubbed my toe twice going to the bathroom because of a random ledge on the floor.
