This hotel is something of a scam. You have to provide 300 dollars in cash to actually check in. Yet the app or the hotel doesn’t make this clear. Once you’ve paid on the app there’s no way to get a refund if you show up without the 300 cash. A soft scam.

What I didn't like was that the air conditioner didn't work. I finally got it working by unplugging it, then using the Test and Reset buttons in different combinations. I also didn't like that we had no hot water in the sink the first night but had it by 6AM. The 2nd night no hot water again in the sink until I let the bath tub HOT faucet run full blast for quite awhile until I got hot water. Then that gave us hot water for the sink. Yes, I told the desk person about the problem the next morning and was told I had hot water. So, the problem never got fixed and I got nowhere.
