Room hadn’t been cleaned. I was looking for my sandal under the bed and I found a dirty white flip flop. Which you can tell they don’t sweep under the beds. One of the mattresses was terrible. I requested an exchange they said they were all taken up so instead they offered me a different room. I didn’t take it because I didn’t want to be separated from my kids. Blankets looked dirty. Overall next time I for sure won’t be booking here.

Me encanta todo sus restaurant and coffe shop

Fue nuestra tercer ves quedandonos aqui mientras visitando familiar en Durango y todo salio perfecto otra ves! Estuvimos en cuatro cuartos y a todos nos fue muy bien la experiencia desde llegar hasta irnos. Los cuartos estaban limpios, la limpieza se hizo bien, la alberca y el restaurant fueron excelentes, el area de comer afuera estaba limpio y con sombra, y tener la tienda Chedraui y una gasolineria tan cercas ayuda mucho.

Great hotel, just wish breakfast was included w”for the price. Also they tried to bill me for another room that wasn’t mine, not sure how the mixup happened since myself and the other customers didn’t have similar names

Everything it is good I had a good experience with the staff
