Very rude!

Very dissatisfied with the rude individual working the breakfast bar. At 6:15 all the breakfast was out, I went to make a sausage biscuit to take with me and she very rudely said we don’t open the breakfast until 6:30 you can have a grab bad with an apple. We stay at this hotel every Wednesday and we have every week for 8 years. In my opinion I think it shouldn’t have been a big deal for me to take the sausage biscuit. For the first time in 8 years we have made our reservation at a different hot in Durant.

This stay would have been much better if I had made reservation through the local hotel. Why? Because I would have received a much better nightly rate from them because they would honor my miliary and veteran status. Expedia did not!! I am requesting a partial refund from your company. Our overall stay was nice. Breakfast was decent enough. The staff was great. Only minor inconveniences such as the mattress was a bit bowled and the air conditioner was struggling a little. Nothing major. We'd stay again.
