One problem….at 6am the noise from at least 10 rooms in my wing slammed their doors shut waking me. I was there for a concert and I only got 4 hours sleep because if this.
Suggestion - sign with big letters on inside of door stating DO NOT SLAM DOOR SHUT
Nice room, comfortable but head of bed was lower than feet (rm 214) and another room (220) had problems w/ the water temp in shower fluctuating hot/cold that needs repair. Breakfast could have been a bit hotter.
The hotel was nice. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean. It is right next to a Walmart and several places to geab food are near. The safe in the room worked.
Room was great… only disappointment was we checked in really lat like 4 in the morning and I asked if I could have a later check out since we got in so late … said if I was a member that it was only for members … so he didn’t give us a later check out … I just figured it would just be common courtesy..
The room was clean. Very comfortable bed. Breakfast was awesome. Parking lot well lite up and felt safe. Also front desk was all smiles and vert nice. I'll definitely stay again....
Everything was great until housekeeping put their key in and tried to open my door at 9:20am the morning of my 11am checkout and woke me up! No knock, no announcement, no care in the world I had my do not desturb sign on the door knob. Absolutely pissed me off.. I'm re-pissed writing about it now.
