I was charged 3 times for the hotel havent been able to get my money back. The staff was rude I mentioned and showed I already paid but she kept saying I did not. I was then charged again at the time of check in and once again when I left. I want my money back.

The room was dirty dog hair all over the bathroom floor like it hadn’t even been cleaned. The shower wouldn’t drain, the window leaked. However they did refund me. But I just can’t believe they would even rent that room And then they had no other room to put me in.

The door key would intermittently work and the AC wouldn’t work when we got there. Spoke with the concierge and she made new keys and fixed the AC herself, seemed to be a tripped breaker in the plug. Easy fix

It was cancelled the morning of our stay because they could not find the current credit card on file. I got a voice message (I do not answer the phone, I am a teacher.) but was unable to respond right away. Plus I checked my email quickly and saw a confirmation email so I left well enough alone. We got to the property and the front desk clerk was close to rude. And we ended up paying $100 more. No more La Quinta and really going to try to book direct. It is worth the $5 to $20 more to be treated like a person.

Best Bed I have Ever Had

We had a wonderful stay at La Quinta Inn! The beds were incredibly comfortable—honestly, some of the best I’ve ever experienced. The bedding was top-notch, making for a great night’s sleep. The location was also perfect, with several restaurants within walking distance and two pharmacies nearby for convenience. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!
