Second time staying here, had to report someone spilled something sticky in the elevator, It was cleaned up though, got to room and it was very nice and cool, had issues with tv remote but staff fixed it, also toilet leaked. Breakfast was good, did not get pic but there was biscuits, gravy scrambled eggs, sausage, yogurts, Bagels, apples, oranges, waffles. Enjoyed the saay, also very quite.

PSD service dog document ? - THAT'S AGAINT THE LAW
first, so far, room was fair condition to stay and no complaint. Bad experience my family had were: my husband had PSD service dog due to his health condition and explained at front desk rep when checked in. but they asked us to present the document , otherwise they are going to charge pet fee because "OWNER SAID" i already explained that letter indicates his medical condition and it is illegal to ask document from public place. But they did not care and charged per fee. Anyway, we found the letter later from our email and showing to the front desk rep ,but she was not happy(can tell by face ) at all. Next morning when checked out, found out they charged pet fee regardless , did not waved even show the letter.

The worst service ever had on hotel.com
Horrible, bad service began at time of check in. A man named Dave called me twice prior to my arrival buging me to pay in advance. So i thought i did when he charged my card 294.00. Than when i get to the hotel the clerk wanted 303.00 so 600 for a sorry ass laquinta. I argued her down and than they just charged me the stay amount with no apologies or credit or complimentary anything.

Hotel room was great. Staff at front desk were very nice and helpful. We stayed on the 3rd floor. After the 1st night we were waiting for the elevatir.we vould hear workers loading something on the elevator and playing around. We were gripping and they said they could hear us. By the time they got on the elevator it was broken.
