Needs improvement
They let me check in 30 minutes early. I wanted a 1st floor room because they don't have elevators. I could smell stall carpet in the hallways. Thr ice machine stopped working on Saturday and I told the front desk they said go to the 2nd floor. I cant walk upstairs thats why i wanted the 1st floor to stay. The carpet needs replaced in the rooms. I feel the tooms were expensive for the out dated hotel.
The staff was very friendly, caring, kind and amazing.

The staff was very friendly, and kind, caring. The room I was 134, the windows leaked badly. The top of the windrow the player was falling down, i think the roof might of had a hole in it.
Older property which could be updated but is very clean, staff is very nice/friendly. Breakfast is limited in that it is primarily carb centered with the only protein being an occasional boiled egg. An enjoyable visit with great staff!
We arrived around 2 AM after a concert at the casino. We went to our room and there was people's packed luggage in the room with their keys etc. Back to the front desk told there were no rooms then she said she had another room. As we opened the door strong smell of urine. I went to adjust the AC and the floor was wet. We ended up sleeping there due to the time but no a great experience. Should have asked for my money back....

Bad view , kinda out of the way, hard to navigate out of the parking lot back to the freeway
This room was filthy, including hair in the bathroom, floors h swept, stains on the bedspreads, and bugs in the bed. Questionable people hanging around outside and the hotel had the side door propped open for these people to come and go. Window locks were broken. We had to leave because it was so gross. They did approve a refund of our stay through Expedia though, so I appreciated that.
The door didn’t fit the frame, so even closed it wasn’t completely closed. The light coming from the hallway shone through the entire side of the door where there was a gap. The flooring and bedding had bright pink stains. The furniture filled up so much of the room we could barely walk through. The closet didn’t close. Half the tv channels weren’t included in the cable subscription. The labels for the hot and cold water in the shower were opposite of their actual temps. The air conditioner squealed.
But the breakfast was good; the staff was friendly. The location as convenient.

Enjoyed our stay.
Melissa was very welcoming and fast at check-in. Breakfast was not to good as the juice machine was out but they had a sunny d bottle. It was cold biscuits and warm gravy. The trash can had some brown stuff that got on my hand when i threw a napkin away. I just got coffee and left. We enjoyed our stay. Other than that we had breakfast elsewhere.

We thought the beds were very comfortable and the rooms had everything we needed. The front desk clerk was very professional, polite and accommodating. My only negative which is unfortunately a major strike is that we thought the room was not as clean as other hotels we've stayed in. It was grimy in the bathroom. I actually wondered if it had been cleaned. It also had a stinky smell to it. We also found a bug on the bedside table the following morning. The cleanliness was honestly my only problem. Everything else was exactly what we needed.
