The room that i booked and paid fot was given to another guest. The person on duty literally swipped the clients card in my presence. My booking confirmation had been printed prior to my arrival, he had already processed the paperwork so he was most certainly aware that the room was booked. The pictures shown for this establishment are of the house next door as well. What a terrible experience😡😡😡

It was amazing even though when it comes to breakfast, they are serving one menu daily. Their staff are very friendly and welcoming. The guesthouse is very clean.
