Staff are excellent well trained and very welcoming . The best asset of the hotel is the staff . It's a bit worn in areas and we moved room because of an issue with shower floor . Needs a revamp but perfectly adequate for a stay. Should provide robes in rooms for use of leisure centre

Great location. Lovely hotel.

The hotel is in a convenient location. Very clean and friendly staff. This was our 2nd stay here and would highly recommend.

The parking is first come first serve there's not that many spots. Staff is very friendly, plumbing is old so the toilets don't always flush the first time. We were given the wrong room but the manager vivian was very apologetic an helpful. The rooms are nice an up to date great views of the city. I would stay here again forsure

An historic, grand hotel with an opulent reception and stairway. The Fitzgerald Bar has glam decor, an extensive cocktail menu and live music on a Friday night. It's in a great location, very central, near train station and buses, pubs, restaurants and shops as well as convenient for sight seeing 😊
