Good location but very noisy. Rooms are not soundproof at all and not really clean. There was a bug in my room but the hotel told me that I couldn't cancel the booking as I paid non refundable in advance. And even when I told them, that I paid for a proper service only a room change was offered. Won't stay there any again.

Reviews were good but very disappointed with my stay. Took a particularly long time to find the check in (in a different building) and once checked in the room was not very comfortable. Hot day but unable to open the windows as there was building work and no remote control for the air conditioning. The whole room felt dated and lots of marks on the wall including damp.

A revisit to Burns Apartment
Have stayed in this hotel many times. It is always nice to stay at there. Room is large and comfortable. Check in/out is at Burns Hotel where it is on the direct walk from apartment about 400m. Surrounding area are a lot of supermarkets, shops and restaurants. It is very short walk to main station.

The service is bad, there is no notifications on where the checking place is, the reception is not considering about the feeling of the client at all, make us have to go to apartment and reception multiple times to pick up the key and get in. Not concerning at all for the need of clients

Very good apartment in city
I like my apartment room No.14 very much. It is very comfortable. Room is nice and modern design. Bed is very nice. Also small kitchen but very functionable. View from living area is city view, also there is a small balcony too but I didnt usd it because it is winter time. Main station is so nearby only 5 min walk. Oldtown is about 15 min walk or can take Ubahn to there too. Area around are a lot of restaurant and small supermarket. Only little problem is in shower. Since it does not have close door then water spill out and wet the floor. Well, in over all, I am very highly satistied with this apartment.

Dusseldorf apartment in good location
Good location 5 minutes from Main Station and near U-Bahn stations. Keys collected from Burns Hotel which is a 3 min walk away. Easy check-in /out which is 24 hours. Very nice serviced apartment on 2 levels with a fairly steep, narrow staircase which would not suit everyone. We were on 5th floor. Small 2 person lift from 1st floor. Bedroom & sitting area upstairs with TV and a dining table plus small kitchen downstairs with 2 hobs and microwave. No oven. Free wi-fi. Could be improved by placing a couple of sitting chairs & TV downstairs (ample space) Main gripe was the absolutely basic kitchenware and cutlery. Just 2 of everything so need to wash up between courses. No toaster! Would certainly recommend for a few days visit

BURNS Appartment
First of all the atp is 4 block away from the hotel so imagine you get to the hotel tired and with your luggage,and then you need to walk to the apt with your luggage in a nasty walk way full of garbage everywhere. When you get to apt you have to walk one floor by stair just to get to the elevator which is like 3x2 feet and two people can't fit in there specially if they have luggage. I have never seen such an elevator in my life! But when you get to your room, it is clean and relatively spacious, of course if you are lucky and get one of the nicest apt avoid the top floor. The room service is clean and very nice people. Now the worst part. If you are tired and you need to sleep you must have some ear plugs because this apt is close to few bars and there are drunk people yelling in the street until morning. There is only one small fridge in the room which they have their minibar in it. We empty the minibar since we didn't want to use them and left them in cabinets. One aspect that I really liked was the nearby subway station (Oststrausse) which takes you direct to Dusselfdorf Hbf and from there you can go everywhere.or you can go directly from Oststrausse (download the DB app for train schedule and save time). The apt is not in a nice part of the city and walkways are very dirty and so many questionable people. so if that is important for you, stay away from the main station area.

Good value for business traveler seeking basic.
Excellent arrangement for a business traveller. Easily accessible by train. No thrills but clean, relatively well-equipped, nice toiletries, comfy bed, clean sheets, kitchennette, good WiFi. Plenty of bars and eating possibilities in proximity, central location allows access to downtown Düsseldorf. Area may be a bit loud in the evening.
