I will never forgive myself for reservation the hotel! The hotel is very old and the rooms are having cheap facilities, do not expect a good breakfast, it is below average!

Shower set up was so weird inside bath with only the space of a small window to stand in . Had to climb in and out of shower with no hand rail ..One of the beds had a hole in the centre of it.as the under frame must have been broken and not fixed..Also on 4th floor were we had to climb a great deal of stair to get to room as there was no lift. Ok for young people or non drinkers The staff were lovely and pleasant

Very good hotel

Excellent location - 10 minutes walk from central railway station. 15 minutes walk into city centre. Comfortable room. Buffet style breakfast with lots of choice. Free Wi-Fi with good connection.

A hotel to stay in for few nights whilst exploring

Fantastic room on the 4th floor has been decorated to look really modern. Overall, all the standard hotel things are included and well kept. Additionally you get free breakfast which is a great bonus to the experience.

Awful service and location - Don't stay there

Never stay there. No elevator. They put me on a forth floor corner room right next to a construction site. The room was so noisy. They won't switch room for me even though they had rooms available. Service was awful. Far from the water and park. Not a good location. A total rip- off at Euro 275/nite.

Basic room for city overnight

The hotel was easy to access by public transportation. About 15min bus drive from the airport. It offered a basic room, and served us well for an overnight in Dusseldorf. Our room (3rd floor) was facing the street, which was under renovation! Loud noises from heavy machinery right below our window woke us up the next day, but this is not the hotel's fault. We thought the room was clean right up until the last 5 minutes of our stay: as we got ready for departure and collected belongings, we discovered a woman's underwear under the bed. We left it right where we found it! Perhaps they don't clean under the beds that often? The rest of the room seemed to be perfectly fine, the shower was clean and there was no dust, so it really was bad luck to discover such treasure under the bed, I guess. The breakfast was included but we only got to have a cup of coffee before running away to catch our train. I grabbed an apple and a granola bar, but can't remember if they served any additional items. The staff was friendly and helped us with directions to the train station.

Vi bodde bra och centralt med gångavstånd till det vi sökte med staden. Hotellet är mysigt. Rent fast slitet. Frukosten är jättebra, personalen trevlig och hjälpsam. Saknar hiss och en del trafikbuller.
