Very basic hotel. Self service checkin is a bit challenging. Next to a fuel station and between tram and rail lines so can be a bit noisy. Cheap enough though and comfortable

price is too high
very basic hotel for a high price (during Japan-days). Breakfast wasn't included but was booked via the hotel and was served from a restaurant in the same building. I would not order that againt: they didn't offer a breakfast buffet but you could chose between 3 different selections.
