Was a very nice hotel, staff are friendly and helpful, close to good bus rote to get to main city and not fair from supermarket or other food places, only wish the rooms were abit more soundproof as could hear other guests slamming doors and playing instruments, but otherwise good hotel to stay in.

This Mercure doesn’t match with what it is in reality for a 4 stars hotel From Accor Group. The carpets in hallways looks dirty and no well maintained. Room itself are not fresh neither. Very outdated. However bed linen and bathroom are clean. An additional 11 euros is requested for the parking (wasn’t mention in the booking). That’s weird as this hotel is even not in the city center. It’s in an industrial area. Fortunately we parked the car in a close by street but it’s surprising to have to pay.

Hotel is 15 min drive to the city. Friendly staff and room was clean with comfortable mattress and few amenities. Had peaceful sleep. Good options for breakfast. Restaurant staff was also helpful and friendly. Everything was good.

Very poor condition of hotel hallways and overall. Lobby too not impressive or functional. Not a standard I would expect of a Mercure. Location too was not the greatest. Nothing around really that you could walk too. Train station too was at least 15 minutes away. Must have a car to get around.

Pleasant and comfortable stay. No frills Mercure.
The hotel staff were all great, fantastic welcome and the room was comfy and clean. Only issue was arriving on the Sunday night and the restaurant was closed and no room service. There is no where to eat locally, you have to drive to the nearest place. Hotel is a bit dated.

The staff was great but did not have a answer for our problem, which was the air conditioning in our room was not working and it was real hot, the staff could not not do anything for us so we left 2:30 am.

Lot of noise from the highways.A very rude receptionist/manager on duty called Alexandria huss i went to pick up a plate to use and didnt realize it was meant or placed there for some conference individuals. For her to just request one from the kitchen for me or to replace it ,she rather started yelling saying hallo hallo hallo whiles all the customers both in the kitchen and at reception was looking on and looked shocked as myself.I was so shocked and embarrassed but laughed over it as the waitress (Anna) was nice and provided me one.I wish it was in USA,I would have checked out same night and get her fired on the spot!because i would have let the director or supervisor play the video so we all witness what transpired and have her fired afterwards!! I hope she learns good communication skills and be professional at all times.
