The hotel was below my expectations. The rooms were very small and the cleanliness could have been better. The carpet in the room had many stains, and the receptionist was not friendly at all. On the positive side, breakfast was good and the restaurant looked nice. However, I don’t think I would choose to stay at this hotel again.

Premier Inn STILL require us to ask every day to have the room serviced. OK at this one at least they did - but surely it's time for this Covid hangover to disappear - or does it save that much money. Otherwise it was good, felt safe, was clean - just like all other PI's

Very close to central station. Plenty of dining options available within a reasonable walking distance. Room was entirely adequate with good bathroom facilities. The only small downside was no small refrigerator in the room.

水回りが良くないです。

水回りが良くなくシャワーや洗面所を使用しますと排水がたまってしまいあふれてしまう可能性がありました。部屋の窓の開閉が難しく、一度フロントに行き使い方を説明するために部屋に来てもらいました。部屋に電話もなく、何か問題があるたびにフロントまでいかなければならず不便でした。部屋にフリーのお水も1本もなかったのも残念でした。

Vor etwas mehr als zwei Jahren bereits im gleichen Hotel übernachtet und so zufrieden gewesen, dass klar war, dieses wird wieder gebucht, hier kann man nichts falsch machen…..naja zu früh gefreut! Zum gebuchten Zimmer keine Auskunft möglich: Für ein geräumiges Familien Vierbettzimmer bezahlt, aber ein kleines Zimmer mit Sofabett erhalten (wir waren mit Baby unterwegs, also auch großer Kinderwagen), da wegen hohem Andrang alles „ausgebucht“ und nichts mehr in der Kategorie verfügbar war, konnte/wollte man uns nicht weiterhelfen. Angeblich seien die Zimmer in der gleichen Preisklasse?! Keine Entschädigung, Entschuldigung oder sonstiger Versuch dem unzufriedenen Gast behilflich zu sein..Korrektur es wurde angeboten den Kinderwagen in einem Raum bei der Rezeption abzusperren (lächerlich, nein danke!) Generell nicht kundenorientiert dort. Zum Zimmer an sich: Auf dem Laken waren Haare, Klima/Heizung ging nicht, Duschkabine undicht, keine Zimmerreinigung bei einem Aufenthalt unter vier Tagen, was an sich ok ist..Handtücher könnte man sich selbst an der Rezeption holen..ABER den Mühl kein einziges Mal leeren?! Wie gesagt wir kamen mit einem kleinen Baby, kann sich jeder denken was da täglich anfällt. Positiv: Zimmer lag zwar zur Bahnhofsseite, aber bei geschlossenem Fenster waren die Züge überhaupt nicht zu hören. Fazit alles in allem enttäuschend!

Eigentlich könnte man erwarten, dass beim Check-in mitgeteilt wird, dass das Zimmer erst nach 3 Tagen wieder gereinigt wird. Neue Handtücher mussten an der Rezeption abgeholt werden. Zimmer und Bett als Doppelzimmer ziemlich klein, kein Garderobenschrank, schlechte Aufhänge-Möglichkeit
