They make you pay before you stay (different to other QT hotels). Some basic amenities missing in the room, were brought by reception. My PJs, which I left under my pillow, were literally left in a ball on the bed. Clean room on arrival, but cleaning during the stay left much to be desired. Odd bathroom doors, would not want to be sharing a room with anyone…

Great location and clean rooms. No belan or valet to assist you with your luggage but everyhjng else made up for it.

As good as expected, I stay here all the time when I am in Auckland. I return because it's a great Hotel I feel at home there and most of all safe and close to everything.

Amazing location, beautiful hotel, clean, quiet

This hotel mentioned there is parking but it is not a free parking, only valet parking available. You cannot expect good sound proof room, there were noise from street and from hallway. However i still enjoyed this place. I would stay longer to enjoy hotel facilities next time.

The staff was very helpful throught our stay. The rooms were also decently clean and the location was lively and in the heart of the city. Overall a very good place to stay for 4 days! One thing id point out before booking is that the parking is quite narrow so id recommend getting the parking only if your car is under 1.9 and on the smaller side.
