Service was amazing! Food was wonderful as well. The staff brought lunch and breakfast to our rental house. The butler Mattheo made sure everything and everyone was taken care of. Amazing experience that our whole family will never forget!

Power went out for a day and a half and there was no generator. Staff were not much help and everything in the fridge went bad.
