stay away, not worth it

Arrived an hour past check in start time and check in still took 20 minutes. The front desk rep left to check the room for 5-10 minutes. Upon entering, the room REEKED of bleach. We aired it out for a few minutes only to find the bleach smell was masking a mildew smell. I tried to use the toilet but the seat was wet (unsure with what). It was so awful and hurt to breathe in the room that we checked out within a half hour. Absolutely horrible. What’s worse is they wanted to charge me for another night ($120) to cancel! Scummy place and policies. Do not recommend even if you're on a budget crunch - look for a healthy and clean plan.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable but substandard in some ways. The shower barely worked, the towels were thin, the toilet ran on and there was a bit of an unpleasant odor in the room. However, the front desk clerk was very polite and accommodating. The whole property is about what you would expect for the price.

Surprisingly nice

Surprisingly clean, comfy, and quiet for a motel within spitting distance of an interstate off ramp. Nicely located with access to food venues. Including a dispensary directly out front, if you’re into that sort of thing.

Served the purpose of a bed to sleep in but nothing more. Requested a nonsmoking room but room smelled like stale smoke and musty. Lots of noise. Burn marks on bedding. Seriously considered finding another place after we saw the room even though we had checked in close to 10pm.

Check in was very slow. Employee was having a very long phone conversation and was not paying attention to what he was doing. I was put in a “non-smoking” room. It was anything but. It smelled terrible. The area was very sketchy. I was concerned about my vehicle being there overnight. The good news was that it was poring rain.

Good budget hôtel. Clean room, friendly staff, were very understanding and helpful. The first room was smelling smoke, so the receptionist changed it straight away. The next room was fine, good price, so all good.

I like the staff they are very nice. The hotub water had massive amounts of bio-film calcium buildup and dirt and hair coming out of the faucet . It was so bad there were all types of little different color hair in the water . We tried to rotate the water and drain but it only got worse , it was so bad that when we drained the tub and let it dry , we whiped the red tub with our hand and thick amounts of white build up started to accumulate and was very noticeable in the red hot tub . We called the front desk and they offered to give us bleach to clean up the tub or they can replace our room for another . Its kind of ridiculous when you call two weeks ahead and it was expensive and you cant even use the hot tub . We seen a roach in the bathroom . And the bathroom ceiling had mold everywhere . Other then that it was expensive and unfortunately at this point it wasnt worth it . In my opinion since we called prior i believe the room should have been top tier , this was a very disappointing experience, please do better ! $350.00 for two nights check in 3pm check out 11am yeah no not worth it at all , that's $350.00 down the drain that im not going to get back or even a discount half my money back like this is very unfortunate and expensive for no reason !
