Great, new property. I really loved it. The only downer was the check in process- the woman who assisted us seemed really unwelcoming and unhappy. It's a shame as our experience could have been perfect if she was more customer focused.

The staff was excellent! Before we arrived, Pierre said we could leave our luggage at the hotel after we checked out so we could take in a local event. We came by train, so we had nowhere to leave our bags. The breakfast was limited, but they corrected the problem. The room was comfortable enough. It took a little effort to figure out how to work the shower handles but it was spacious and clean. The pillows were too soft, but they provided us with some extra to make it work. Dillon, Grace and the other staff were very helpful. The toilet seat was loose but the engineer arrived within minutes to fix it. Everything was clean and energy conscious. We had dinner at Toscano’s and it was so delicious! Carman is an excellent server. Overall, we had a great stay.

The property has a modernist feel to it but lacks character. The room was fine but the TV did not work. The Continental breakfast was good. The location is ok, it's not directly near attractions but not far either.
