When I got into my room around 9:30pm I pulled out the pullout sofa bed and there was still a dirty sheet on it with a white substance in a couple of different places. There was also no linen in the room for the pullout bed. I called the front desk and was told I could come pick up linen but they didn’t have anyone there from housekeeping to change the dirty sheet. I clarified that I would have to change it myself and the woman told me I would have to change the dirty sheet myself but I could come pickup linen at the front desk. Once I arrived at the front desk the man who was working actually did apologize and offered to change the bed himself. The woman ended up coming with the linen and changing out the sheet but not until I was visibly upset at the front desk. Our second night the fire alarm went off at 12am and we had to leave the building. Not anyone’s fault but just added to the disappointment of the hotel in general.

Hana the night front desk personal was super nice. She assisted me in every aspect. I asked if she was the manager and she stated she wasn’t. You guys should allow her to be your training supervisor for customer service. She is excellent

The property has some minor renovations happening but it's pretty old. The pool was full of mold and there was mold around the window frames. The staff was nice but there was only one person on any given time which definitely isn't enough.

Start of our island hopping

Check in wrnt smoothly, we had a 2 bedroom room with king beds, so a family of 5 or 5 could stay comfortably there. Whole kitchenette and appliances. Air-condition worked perfect
