The cottages are very old … like you’ve been time traveling straight into the 80s We stayed before and had a decent time in a better unit. The pluses are of course the 2 bedroom cottages for under $200 a night

The property Checkin/recreational center is hard to find, their phone number does not work or they don't answer. The resort is big and located in different areas of the streets so it's not easy to find the house you're in. They force you to listen to a timeshare pitch after Checkin. The houses themselves are outdated and most of the furniture inside is broken. Checkout time is 10 am, which sucks

Unexpected hardsell
Be warned that this is a Club Wyndham site and from the onset you will be forced into their timeshare sale. Despite declining several times at check in, we just said yes so we could get to our room. They then took a $40 deposit to ensure our attendance. We also got several reminder calls which was beyond annoying. The villa smelled “closed up” and luckily it was warm enough to keep the windows open. That and several candles made it tolerable. We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom which was completely unnecessary as it was only 2 of us. The amenities were fine. Kitchen area had all the basics . Biggest disappointment was that the fireplace was not functional with a sign saying it was awaiting the next upgradeArea is lovely and was not far to restaurants activities etc.

The resort is good. WiFi is terrible! Kids enjoyed activities. Indoor pool water seems dirty. Outdoor pool is clean. Our cabin kitchen and dining room floors were filthy upon arrival. I had to go buy bleach and use a towel to clean it in order to be comfortable. I loved the quiet and woods! It was nice, need to improve cleaning and WiFi.
