A step back into time.

I love this area in PA. The units are quiet when inside especially if it’s backed against the woods. The interior needs some updating i.e the furniture is old and uncomfortable, beds, couches, chairs and carpets included. I used to come here in the 90’s as a child and the units are pretty much frozen in time since then except more wear and tear. The check-in process is extremely intense as you’re passed through check-in to the”amenities” desk area where they press you to tour with your ENTIRE group for free trips, time sharing etc. They will also call you repeatedly for months to do tours and offer you trips even though you tell them you’re not interested, they still call and call.

What an amazing time me and my family had. We loved the villa and even was able to get units right next to our friends that stayed at the resort as well. Would highly recommend a family to stay here. Kitchen bathrooms and bedrooms were all immaculate and well kept. The beds were comfortable and the view from our villa was so beautiful!

This place sucks

The place was super worn down. I booked a 3 room house it was only 2 rooms and a pull out. The whole place was super run down and unfinished.

Very close to shawnee mountain and nice hiking areas. The washer and dryer was in the unit at no extra cost. Very clean, loved the layout of the villa and privacy. We will most likely be repeats! Kids learned how to ski and it was the perfect christmas get away!

Overall it was good but they don’t have a working fireplace as advertised and this is the main reason we chose to stay here. Also, the heater didn’t work well and it would blow out cold air instead of hot. The upstairs remained cold at all times. All bedrooms and bathrooms are up 2 flights of stairs, that also wasn’t clear in the description of the property and was an issue for me since I am not able to use many stairs.
