Staff were great. Only thing we thought it really need to be improved is breakfast. Even a few more items like cheese or salamis and maybe a few patries. Just a few extra items.

Lovely looking Hotel, friendly reception on arrival. Nice room, but had to move rooms in the middle of the night after being bitten by a bedbug, the staff pulled up the carpet the next morning and found more bedbugs lurking but didn't give a fig for my welfare and didn't seem at all concerned with my experience.

Nice room, clean hotel, dogs was no hassle.

We had a nice stay, we brought our dog, in the booking process there was no way of booking for a dog but when we arrived we just said we had a dog and we paid an extra ten pounds so that was fab and no hassle. The room was clean and bright and very spacious, but it was quite warm so sleeping was a little difficult. A fan was provided which was great but the sash window only opened four inches or so, so it was quite hard to get a breeze going, I assume the windows are fixed like this as a safety precaution but maybe a few more inches could help with air flow.

We didn’t really know what to expect as we have never been to Eastbourne before but the hotel and our balcony were just splendid! We really enjoyed our time on our balcony and every employee we encountered was courteous and kind.

What a gem of a hotel this is. Had a lovely sea view single room that was comfortable and spacious. Bed was lovely and comfortable. It is right by a bus stop and close to all amenities. Three theatres nearby and a short walk to the town and the pier. I can't comment on the dining as didn't eat there and also can't comment on parking as travelled by train. The staff were lovely too,

Really friendly staff, so accomodating and the hotel manager was lovely. Unfortunately there was only one room in the window which had been blocked so that it would only open 5 inches max. It meant our room was unbearably hot and stuffy from lack of ventilation.

Hotel in a perfect position on the sea front across the road from the beach and band stand and a short walk from the station. Bedroom looked newly decorated and the staff were very pleasant and helpful.

The hotel has a great location on the seafront yet near to restaurants and bars in town . Staff were lovely. Our room however, although clean really needed the furniture updating. It was also far too hot but on request we were pleased to have a fan provided which helped. It was great to have a side sea view. We didn’t eat there but the bar service was good.

The hotel is located in a good spot on the seafront. The staff are very helpful and attentive. Jameson the manager was great in supporting me eoth getting things for me dye to my mobility concerns.
