No frills stay but clean and convenient to beaches and restaurants. Very comfortable pillows and beds. We booked for the price when under $100/night and would stay for that price again.

Quiet, pretty location, good sized property, had amenities like hot water and a microwave, and free drinks (coffee, juice). The staff never really acknowledged us but i care more about cleanliness and comfort than small talk anyway.

I was a bit disappointed,the pool was closed,The TV was not working properly and the remote control wasn’t functioning at all.There were bugs crawling around the room ceiling and bathroom.Someone took my parking spot Friday night and Saturday.My bed comforter was stained . I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone

I had the best mini vacation ever! Rooms were close to the walking trail and the property is expansive. My dogs loved it! So close to restaurants and Provincetown .also the beaches were all there. Marconi beach was lovely and the end of Cape Cod was amazing. So going back every year for more time. Bringing my grandkids. They will be able to bike.scooter and skateboard around the property and love the pool! I can say that this trip almost was better than Cancun in many respects. But can't compare the two
