We stayed here with a very excited 2 year old. The lady at check in was realky welcoming, spoke to our son, and gave him an activity bag and a little card to exchange for a cookie and some milk, which at 2 is very exciting. The hotel had a kids play room, next to the restaurant and pool. This was perfect for a play. The room and hotel was spotless, the kids area although not dirty just needed wipe down . Breafast delicious and again staff there very welcoming. Swimmimh pool and facilities were great although the pool was freezing, just needed warmimg up a little .A great over night visit, would highly recommend with children.

We had a very comfortable room just above the pool so able to access easily and back to our room to change. The pool needs some sound boards as acoustics was bad. We had a very pleasant stay, many thanks.

The hotel itself was nice and the room was comfortable. During check-in, the front desk employee was curt and seemed disinterested in helping me. While the hotel facilities were good, the service culture could use some improvement to match the quality of the accommodations. I'd recommend the hotel with the caveat that guests may have mixed experiences with the staff.

Arrived early. Early check in was not possible due to full occupancy the night before. Front Desk gladly granted me access to secure area behind locked door to store my luggage while my wife and I walked around town. Checked in upon our return and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

We stayed in two accessible rooms and the rooms catered to our needs very well. The rooms were spotless. We had to go to reception to ask for more sugar and milk as there wasn't enough in the rooms. Whilst the rooms were very good the outside noise wasn't very good, there was very loud music being played elsewhere in the hotel and screaming children running up and down the corridor outside our rooms at 10.30pm...... not very good when we had to be up at 4.45am to get out flights at the airport. The food we ordered was excellent and the lasagne I ordered was the best lasagne I've ever ordered when I've dined out. The other guest enjoyed her food too. All in all we would stay in the hotel again.
