Would visit again, the hotel tried to keep my bank card and had contact the police. Cancelled the room and awaiting my refund , also I have cancelled my gym membership. I would not recommend visiting a village hotel gym or hotel again, there are far better places to stay in the area with friendlier staff like the Hilton at Utilita bowl.

Gym very loud in early hours of morning

Room on the second floor. Very loud from 4.30am with music from gym classes and the sound of people dropping weights in the gym. Very poor nights sleep.

Very clean and convenient

Modern hotel. Good easy checkin and check out. Parking cost me extra. £5 per night. Busy place as there is a very popular gym in first floor.Rooms have either a small window or no window but a glass door to the shower room that has a small window letting some natural light in. It didn't bother me much. Will stay again as it is very conveniently situated in Eastleigh between Southampton and winchester and reasonably priced.

All round it was good, quite a small room to what we usually expect a at a Village Hotel. Food was good but quite expensive and the breakfast was very good.

I was in the area in business, which i am quite often. This is the first hotel that i have stayed at where I feel i could use as a base when im in the area. Rooms were smaller than most, but the bed was super comfy, a great desk with working area, very good shower etc. Plus the TV had very good channels unlike most. The bar/restaurant was very lively, great choice of drinks and food.

Good hotel.

Nice hotel with helpful, friendly staff. Room a little disappointing - Club room quite small and dark - only window was in the bathroom. Food was good but quite expensive.
