This isn't the hotel you are looking for...

All the people leaving 10/10 review must have stayed at a different hotel. First, the positives: bed was comfortable and pool area was nice. Hotel was dated, though fairly clean. Bathroom left a lot to be desired. A/C while it blew air, it did not blow cold air making the room warm and moist. Door to my room did not want to shut unless you gave it a good push/pull. The breakfast was kind of a joke, barely a step up from the old fashion continental breakfast. The "hot" bfast items were in plastic containers in the fridge and you had to pick one and warm it in the microwave. There was one of those pancake printers (robots) but bulk syrup container was empty. Staff was difficult to understand but friendly.

The weekend staff don't seem to care to be there. They were out of stuff for breakfast on sunday morning and we had to wait 10 minutes just to find someone to replace stuff. They just left a jug of syrup on the counter. Didnt wipe down tables after the breakfast crowds but could sit outside on their phones. Also watched a group of people wait for about 15 minutes for someone to check them in Saturday night. The lady working Friday night was very on her game tho.

Good stay

Room was clean & the bed was comfortable. Breakfast options run out fast though so not much to choose from if your toward ending time. The pool & hot tub area were nice. The Egg break cafe close by has great food options! The bathroom was very tight, but rest of our room was spacious enough.

Nice stay

Breakfast was an interesting option, with a variety of microwaveable meals along with fruit, cereal, muffins, bread, yogurt. Pool area had nice options with a small slide, hot tub, and zero entry pool for littles. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious.

Check in was smooth and the workers were helpful. Cleaning staff needs to work on communication with desk staff, I had a maid try to come in to my room the day I got there and before I had left and I only was in the room for two nights. This was not the cleaning schedule agreed upon arrival
