Couple of surprises
The first room i entered with my key was already occupied by some young men. Greatful that i was just doorsdiwn from the office. As a woman traveling alone - that could have gone all kinds of wrong. The room was clean, spacious. The bed cizy with soft clean sheets. I was disappointed when i could not figure out how to access the pool area. It was dark, locked and no information about how to use ut.

It says "light" breakfast but stale cereal, no juice, not re-stockex at 8:15. Room smelled, hallways were dirty. Hot tub was just warm. The price is.low and the desk person was nice, but it is cleatly being run as cheaply as possible. Location near hwy is good.

Very very dated. Ceiling in the bathroom obviously had a leak because the popcorn paint had peeled away and greenboard was installed. Old towel bar ends were in place (no bar) and new towel bar was hung on different wall.

The hotel is good for the price. They appear to be updating. Painters tape still up in room. No shampoo or shower gel in shower. Both were empty. Only two towels. Breakfast was very limited. This could be a great location with a little more effort and attention to detail.

The property needs updated. Chips in the paint on the walls in the room & hallways. While swimming in the pool I could feel that paint loose on the floor of the pool as well. Only 1 towel was available in the pool area as well.

When I arrived the front desk attendant seemed to be on the phone with the police about a man who had just been at the desk and seemed to have been a guest. The attendant still checked me in as quickly as he could between providing information to the person on the other end of the call. He was friendly and helpful, but the fact the call was necessary made me feel somewhat unsafe. The room had elements that resembled the photos, but was definitely old with just newer furniture, and the room had a somewhat strong and not altogether pleasant smell, despite appearing clean. Likely can't clean the smell away anymore without replacing carpets and draperies.
