Great Stay

This is always where I stay when I visit the Eau Claire area. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the staff is helpful and friendly. Great location within walking distance of shopping and restaurants.

Nice up to date facility. We had a two bedroom suite for three nights which gave a nice space to relax as well and kitchen area. Also had a little patio area which was a nice option for breakfast or relaxing. Conveniently located for many shopping and dining options. Breakfast could have been better, but it filled us up. Overall a good value and experience. We would stay here again! = }

I did not like that we had to request our room being refreshed. The towels were ready for the scrap bin…although when the room was refreshed we got nice towels. The breakfast bar was not very good, coffee tasteless. We had stayed at a GrandStay in LaCrosse, Wi., was much better.

Staff were great, food for AM was kept hot and refreshed frequently, room furniture good shape. My tub however, was not clean. At first glance it looked like it, but the walls of the shower had dirty soap scum, and on further inspection, so did the base of the sides. I had wanted a bath, but got there late and just went to bed.
