The rooms were extremely dirty and smelled horrible! The whole back parking and pet area was full of trash laying around including beer cans, booze bottles, and empty food containers/wrappers. I was charged an extra $80 for 2 nights for my emotional support animals (which is against state law) even after showing documentation. The smell of chlorine was so strong in the pool area that we could only stand to sit in the hot tub for 10 minutes. I requested a refund due to the filth and people smoking marijuana in their hotel rooms stinking up the entire hallway and our rooms. No refund was offered or given.

When I checked in the room that was given to me smelt very musty and the floor was soaked. I was moved to a different room but it wasn’t very clean and the window screen was broken to the point it fell out when opening or closing the window

Overall, it was okay. Will we go back? No. The pool was not fitting, it was too high in chemicals - it burned our eyes and nose, was in there for less than 5 mins. Breakfast was good, wished the area was bigger to accommodate everyone as it was a tight squeeze. The location was convenient for us.

The beds are very comfortable. The rooms are clean and free of any smell. The hotel is very dated. The ceiling in the bathroom is peeling, the tub had a crack that some e tried to cover. The water temperature never got above luke warm. The stairwells have a pet smell.

The hallway had a strange smell, almost like Comet Cleanser. Bathroom needs some work, the tub shower and faucet weren't anchored tight to the wall.
