Hotel itself is well suited for what the surrounding area will become - at the moment the surrounding city is letting it down a bit. Hotel has done a nice job of concentrating on guest experience, needs to get the city to do as good a job with the attached parking, especially as it's an extra cost. Rooms are functional, hotel layout is works well and the rooftop bar is a nice touch.
