We had a 3rd floor room with a balcony that we could see the ocean from. It was lovely. The staff was so helpful and friendly. But the chocolate chip cookies with sea salt were amazing!! Pastries and coffee in the morning was a nice treat too. We could walk to all the restaurants and shops.

All was great. Beware, however, that if you are on a higher floor (only up to three), you will have to walk up 15 stairs (to the second floor) and 14 more (to the third floor) with your luggage. There is no elevator.

What a gem so close to all the dining and shopping locals. Breakfast was delicious and the 24hr coffee bar greatly appreciated! Literally a three minute walk to all the great restaurants!!

Stayed for three nights and four days for our one year anniversary and could not be any happier with the property and staff. The rooms are very nicely decorated and appointed, very clean and modern amenities in a beautiful traditional property. Close to everything in Edgartown. The excellent continental breakfast and relaxing fire pit pit were unexpected treats. We would highly recommend this inn to anyone visiting Martha’s Vineyard!
