The location nd space was amazing…but it was the stellar staff that get the top notch accolades. They were all so friendly and helpful from the minute we arrived to the time we left. And not just doing little things, but things rarely done now. They happened to ask about our plans for the day and when they heard we had a full day travel trip they made us a goodie bag with treats and apples. I found everything about this stay to be wonderful and look forward to a return!

Excellent City Escape

We had an amazing greeting upon arrival. No request was too much trouble. The food, drinks, and service were all first class. Spending New Year’s Eve in the comfort of the Wallace lounge looking over Edinburgh castle was a highlight. The only slight dampener was being given an accessible room for our first night instead of the room we selected via website. That said, we were moved the next day and all was well.

I am a solo traveler and wanted to celebrate my 40th birthday in Scotland. The staff at 100 Princes Street made me feel so special on my big day. The food, drinks, staff and atmosphere really make this hotel such a special place to stay. Highly recommend if you enjoy top-notch customer service, luxury and would enjoy a a direct view of Edinburgh Castle. I will definitely be back!
