Perfect place to stay before catching a flight out of Edinburgh. It’s clean, comfortable and very easy to access

Nice accommodation. Confusing checkin process. On the outskirts of Edinburgh. A bus in to city center located across busy street. Located on a very busy street/highway. We were in an attic room which became very hot and uncomfortable. A fan was provided which helped. Main complaint is the breakfast cost which you are presented with when you leave. 12.99 GP ( about $17.50) each day you eat. If you don't care about an included breakfast this is a nice place.

The only real drawback was the extremely busy road the property is on. Nearby dining options are limited. The hosts are very friendly but emails to order breakfast and ask for directions went unanswered. Despite the traffic, it was very quite.

I had a great stay! The hotel is very clean and comfortable. It’s also super convenient—only about 30 minutes by car to get to the city center. Definitely recommended!

Anjoe and Thomas were great and friendly! They were so accommodating, letting us drop our bags earlier than our check in time. The room was spacious and clean and the optional breakfast was very convenient and good. There is a bus stop literally across the street that takes you right to downtown Edinburgh. So glad we stayed and their little pup Simba is just the cutest!
