Was a great room everything about it except every day twice a day for 5 days we had to call staff to come up to the room and reset water heater so we could have hot water and heat ….we paid over $600 a night for this hotel and we offered a free drink at the bar

Our TV never worked. We repeatedly asked the front desk staff and were told that maintenance would stop by. They never did. Also, we asked several times for help with the washer/dryer combo unit but inquiry was met with confusion as to the "brand" by hotel staff. Room was ok, but not worth the price.

Hotel is perfectly located in the center of the Royal Mile. Room was beautiful and nicely appointed. The best part of staying here was the caring and friendly staff - from the front desk to the restaurant and bar everyone went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable.

Perfect place to stay right on the Royal Mile. Amazing staff, incredible rooms and great service. Rooms are clean, spacious and modern and though the layout takes just a bit to get used to - I loved the historic feel of the hotel. Absolutely would stay here again.

The property was right in the thick of old town and it was stunning!! The staff were great and helpful. The apartment was great, clean and modern only Complaint is the grease smell in the bathroom from the restaurant below but not sure how they could migrate that.
